About the Fundraiser

My name is Nagaraju i am a cab driver, my wife name is Naga laxmi our daughter name is  Sahasra she is 5 years old we belong to Nuzvid Andhra Pradesh, My husband and I truly love our first daughter, Sahasra. She is the source of joy and happiness in our lives. Throughout our journey as a family, we have faced various challenges, but Sahasra has always been a shining light, bringing us immense happiness. It is incredibly difficult for me to come to terms with the possibility of losing her. The thought of my beloved Sahasra being taken away from me is heart-wrenching.

The beginning of a relentless struggle...

A year after our marriage, we were overjoyed to welcome Sahasra into our lives . It felt like our small family was finally complete, and we couldn't have been happier. However, when Sahasra was just 20 days old, things took a drastic turn. We noticed that She started turning blue, and She began experiencing breathlessness and high fever. Without wasting any time, we rushed her to the clinic for immediate medical attention.

After several checkups at the local clinic, the doctors informed us that there was a problem with Sahasra heart. They prescribed some medications, which I diligently administered to her every day.

Unfortunately, instead of showing signs of improvement, her health continued to deteriorate. It was at that point we decided to take her to a hospital. Upon reaching the hospital, we received the devastating news that Sahasra had a hole in his heart.

The doctors advised us to seek further treatment in heart Hospital, as the hospital in our hometown lacked the necessary facilities to provide the required care for her condition.

In Ramesh Hospital Vijayawada, the doctors informed us that Sahasra would need to undergo two heart surgeries: one before the age of one and another when She reaches five years old. These surgeries are crucial to ensure that he can live a life free from any heart-related issues.

The news left me in shock, and I found it difficult to accept the doctor's diagnosis. However, that was not the end of our challenges. We were then faced with the daunting task of arranging the funds for Sahasra heart surgery, as it was the only way to save her life. With the grace of God, we were able to raise enough money, and the first surgery was performed successfully. 

However, our daughter struggles were far from over...

Present

Nearly five years have passed since those challenging times. Today, my daughter is five years old and requires a second heart surgery to fully recover from her complex congenital heart defect. However, the cost of this surgery is a staggering Rs 500000/-, an amount beyond our means.

In the past, we sold our limited jewelry and borrowed money from friends and family to cover the expenses of her first surgery. Now, we have exhausted all our resources and are left with nothing for the second surgery. I am heartbroken and filled with despair. Will I be able to save my precious Daughter?
